✱ACC Accreditation Services policy requires completion of the accreditation service purchase, including the first half payment and signed Business Agreement, prior to registering for workshops. Pre-Congress workshop registration will ONLY be open to facilities that have completed either the first half payment OR the signed Business Agreement. In good faith, these facilities must also finalize the accreditation service purchase process prior to Dec. 31, 2017.
One representative from each facility is included with the purchase of the accreditation service; each additional facility attendee is $495.00.

ACC reserves the right to change the date and time of any workshop and is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrants due to such changes. If any changes are made, all registrants will be informed.
Registration Name Badge Policy
Conference name badges must be worn at all times to gain entrance into the pre-conference workshops, educational sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions. Security will not allow entry without a name badge. If you lose your badge, please see the registration staff to obtain a new badge.
Lost Badge Policy
We will be happy to replace your lost name badge. Please see the staff at the Conference Registration/Information desk for help.
