The online registration system for Congress and pre-conference workshops is closed. All registrations after today will be managed on-site.

Please note if you want to register for an accreditation workshop, you will need to bring proof that your facility has purchased said Service Line Accreditation.

** In order to attend any of the accreditation workshops, we will need proof of receipt for either one of the following items.

  1. Signed Business Agreement
  2. Copy of check, or proof of payment

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee until October 15, 2017
  • Cancellations received on or after October 16, 2017 are nonrefundable
  • All cancellations must be received in writing, via email, to cstrader@acc.org

✱ACC Accreditation Services policy requires completion of the accreditation service purchase, including the first half payment and signed Business Agreement, prior to registering for workshops. Pre-Congress workshop registration will ONLY be open to facilities that have completed either the first half payment OR the signed Business Agreement. In good faith, these facilities must also finalize the accreditation service purchase process prior to Dec. 31, 2017.

One representative from each facility is included with the purchase of the accreditation service; each additional facility attendee is $495.00.

ACC reserves the right to change the date and time of any workshop and is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrants due to such changes. If any changes are made, all registrants will be informed.
